What data we store

When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address and profile picture URL. While you use the app we store the content you create: meals, events, recipes, shopping list items, routines, reminders, household membership and shared diet preferences.

Why we store it

Solely to provide the service — showing your household's shared weekly planning across devices and members. We do not sell data, run ads, or use your data for profiling.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (our database provider) and processed on Cloudflare's edge network. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Invitation emails are sent via Resend. When you use the AI recipe import, the text of the recipe you submit is sent to our AI provider (Ollama Cloud) for parsing and is not used to train models.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. Interface preferences (theme, language, palette) are stored locally in your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. Pending household invitations expire after 14 days.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time under Settings → Account. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct and export your data — contact us and we will help.
